Leo Time

7:30, or LEO time, is a time where you can rearrange the orientation of the numbers to spell the word "LEO" (as shown in the gif below). According to some of Leo's fans, he is able to surpass human limits in strength, intelligence, and even eating when the clock strikes LEO time. This would help explain how Leo is able to achieve such amazing feats such as running marathons, starting his own business, and eating a bunch of food really fast... Like REALLY fast. It is possible that some or even all of these events occurred during LEO time.
