Obsessions

After conquering running with shoes, Leo became a pioneer in the barefoot running community. He would go on to shatter social norms with his iconic Vibram Five Fingers. 

From near mastery of the physical domain, Leo would move on to the world of mental exercise. He studied Chess and Go, becoming an adept player himself before passing his wisdom on to his youngest son. 

As an avid EDC enthusiast, Leo can typically be seen sporting a steel pocket knife. He has a collection that some would call impressive or perhaps even obsessive. See also: Knife history 

Leo wears a gorgeous, vintage-inspired Lorier Neptune - though he remains unforgiven by the wristwatch community for misplacing his once treasured Omega Seamaster.

Leo is a frequent user at r/Ultralight. “Tents are for suckers,” Leo said to his sons the first time they went on an ultralight camping trip together deep in the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
