Running history
In 2005, Leo started running to relieve stress after quitting smoking. He started with half a mile, and after a month he ran his first 5k! He liked running so much that he started running all the time. After a year of running (where is this man going?!) He ran his first marathon! He would only improve from here, because in March 2008 Leo ran his second marathon, improving on his first marathon time by 50 minutes. On December 14, 2008 he ran the Honolulu Marathon.
In 2013, he ran a 50-mile ultramarathon with his friend Scott. From this long and fulfilling run, Leo learned 16 lessons.Â
