Strangest food decisions

The diet of Leo Babauta has baffled scientists for years. Many equate his ability to eat the same food over and over again to a super power. Unlike most mortals, he does not require variety in his meals to be satisfied. Instead, he is happy to craft the perfect meal and stick to that for months or even years.

Tempeh, Kale, and Brown Rice

Simple. Healthy. Easy to make. I don't know about the taste though.

Huel

Huel, or Human Fuel, is a powder-based meal that just needs the addition of water or soy milk to be edible. In addition to being healthy, it also savs tim by removing the need to cook or even chew your food.

Lentils and Kale

Similar to the Tempeh, Kale, and Rice meal, this meal is especially easy to make because the lentils can be cooked in a pressure cooker. Add some nutritional yeast or some sauce and this can serve as the only meal you eat for the rest of your life.
